Daily snapshots will be published to exports.cro.directory (R2). JSONL + Parquet exports are now generated by `npm run export:r2`.

Programmatic discovery is available at /api/exports/latest, which returns the newest manifest key (when R2 credentials are configured) and a recent artifact list.
